12. SPORT AND TERRITORY

Athletes must understand that such a complex territory involves many assessments, and these are the exclusive responsibility of the user. Certain routes can be safe at certain times of the year and dangerous at other times. Certain places may be prohibited, linked to conditions of geological danger, of private relevance.
The complexity of the places may require a professional level of equipment, preparation and knowledge of the places and the practicability of the sites.
